Pembuatan Media Promosi Untuk Kegiatan Karang Taruna Desa Senang Hati

Senang Hati Village is one of the developing villages in Malingping Sub-district, Lebak Regency, Banten Province, where the majority of the population is young. Unfortunately, the difficult road conditions in the village mean that young people are less interested in pursuing formal education as high as possible. In addition, the highest public school in Senang Hati Village is only up to junior high school level, so their knowledge and skills are very limited. This also makes the youth of Senang Hati Village lack a sense of responsibility and concern for their village. In fact, the progress of Senang Hati villagse is in the hands of these young people. Departing from the situation analysis, the Community Service Team (PkM) of the Universitas Terbuka (UT) Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) lecturers provided training and assistance in making promotional media that could improve youth skills. These skills can become new jobs for young people so that Senang Hati Village can develop. Training and mentoring is carried out offline and online using Canva. The results of the training and mentoring showed that the youth of Senang Hati Village began to be able to use the Canva application properly. Now they have the initial skills that can support various village promotions and generate income, both for the village and for themselves. The training and mentoring can be continued until the youth of Senang Hati Village.

Adolescence, as an important period of transition from childhood to adulthood, is often marked by a lack of sexual education. Lack of sexual education causes many problems related to sexual deviation and sexual harassment to occur in adolescence. To reduce this problem in teenagers, this community service is carried out to provide knowledge in overcoming the problem of lack of knowledge regarding sexual education. The implemented method involves conducting a seminar at SMK Negeri 1 Jakarta on October 30, 2023, specifically for students of class XI DPIB 1. Data collection is carried out through the completion of a questionnaire comprising eight multiple-choice questions and two essay questions. The preparation stage for the seminar involves the development of content, titles, questions, games, pre and post-test questionnaire links, and prize determination. The presentation of material encompasses aspects of sexual health, sexually transmitted diseases, reproductive organ care, catcalling, and sexual harassment. The question and answer session allows active participation of respondents, facilitating in-depth discussions about their views on these issues. The use of the questionnaire as the primary instrument ensures understanding of key aspects, with a scoring of 10 points for each correct answer to multiple-choice questions. This community service demonstrates the necessity of comprehensive sexual education for adolescents to address reproductive and sexual health issues. Through a positive and interactive approach, it is expected that adolescents can make responsible decisions and possess adequate knowledge regarding their sexual changes. By involving schools and teachers as facilitators, this community service seeks to provide a platform for a better understanding of this sensitive topic in an effort to prevent various negative impacts that may arise due to a lack of sexual education.

Tourism is a sector that can be relied upon to increase economic growth, so it is necessary to organize and manage tourist destinations well and professionally, the demand for professionalism is an important thing that must be realized for destinations for the sake of security and comfort so that the destination can run sustainably, in an effort In achieving these conditions, a problem arises, namely the unpreparedness of tourist destination managers for disaster events that can arise at any time without warning, which can disrupt the safety and comfort of travelers. This study aims to look at the efforts of tourism managers in preparing for disaster events through the concept of disaster mitigation. The method used in this study begins with a Focus Group Discussion activity to carry out several activities, including: 1). Mapping and creating information on village potential, 2). Forming a disaster task force, 3). Developing disaster response skills, 4). Simulation of disaster management, 5). Evaluation of disaster mitigation activities. From the activities carried out, we can see changes in understanding and increased mitigation skills possessed by tourist destination managers. This tells us that there is an increase in capacity experienced by tourism managers to become more skilled and capable.

This community service project examines the settlement environmental planning in Desa Mbarung, Kecamatan Babussalam, Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara, Aceh Province. The focus of this study is to prioritize settlement environmental planning using the ArcGIS program, aiming to identify which development areas and types should be prioritized. Data analysis was conducted through direct field observation surveys and processed using Microsoft Excel before being entered into ArcGIS for visualization and prioritization. The survey covered various aspects, including geographical location, population density, housing conditions, accessibility, drainage, drinking water services, and wastewater disposal systems. The study results reveal the characteristics and criteria for each parameter of settlement environmental planning, as well as the necessary development priorities. Key findings include the percentage of residential buildings lacking adequate roofing, flooring, and walls according to technical standards; the percentage of roads not meeting technical requirements; the percentage of drainage networks in settlements having substandard quality; the percentage of the population lacking access to adequate drinking water facilities (both piped and protected non-piped sources); and the percentage of households without access to family or communal latrines (with five households per latrine).

This PKM activity aims to socialize Law no. 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantees, and business actors in Sumberan Hamlet, Ngaglik District, Sleman Regency, through socialization activities and halal certification training, are expected to be able to produce halal food products, thoyiban. This is because there is still a lack of business actors in Sumberan Hamlet who have halal certificates. The PKM method goes through an initial preparation stage, the implementation stage of PKM activities is carried out with lectures and a mentoring stage. PKM ran smoothly, participants were very enthusiastic about following stage by stage. Through this PKM, business actors in Sumberan Hamlet guarantee halal quality in their products in order to obtain halal certificates so that they can increase sales, and ultimately improve community welfare.

Improvements in finance, marketing, promotion, expansion of premises and facilities, better sales strategies, product innovation, better customer service, and customer relationship maintenance are some examples of such actions. This article discusses the implementation of Oriented-Project Planning (OPP) in the development of cultural assets through a writing residency infrastructure for cultural stories in the Pacitan Cerdas Community. This community service program aims to enhance the appreciation and understanding of local culture and develop writing skills for cultural stories. The methodology includes result-oriented project planning, writing training, and intensive mentoring. The results indicate that the application of OPP significantly improves participants' writing skills and produces written works that reflect the richness of local culture. Additionally, this program strengthens community networks and promotes Pacitan culture to a broader audience. In conclusion, the implementation of OPP in cultural asset development provides a positive contribution to the preservation and promotion of local culture through the writing residency infrastructure.

The representation of the function of language in the field of religion and spirituality is marked by the use of Indonesian in various forms of church services. This also applies to the GKI in Tanah Papua, especially in the service (diakonia) of the GKI church in Tanah Papua which is known as the Tri Vocations of the Church, namely fellowship, witness and service. All service activities require Indonesian as an effective and meaningful communication tool. One of them is the use of correct Indonesian spelling in the presentation of praise song texts by the Church's Media Team. The target for this training and mentoring is the GKI Diaspora Multimedia Team in Kotaraja Dalam. The initial survey (interview on Wednesday, 26 July 2023) with the GKI Diaspora Multimedia Team Kotaraja- Dalam showed that the team's activities in editing the text of the songs were not based on the applicable General Guidelines for Indonesian Spelling (PUEBI). Training activities were held on Monday, July 31 2023, at the GKI Diaspora Multi-Purpose Building, Kotaraja Dalam. Implementation time is 16.00—18.00 WIT. The activity was attended by 8 participants. Apart from that, mentoring was also carried out for 4 days via telephone communication, starting from 31 July to 3 August 2023. In the mentoring activity, training participants were challenged to edit spelling errors and writing word combinations in the Congregational Songbook of 300 song texts. The results of the observations showed that the participants were serious enough to improve. Within one week, 20 texts of the Congregational Song Songs were returned which had been edited and within 1 month the edited results of 300 Congregation Song Song texts were obtained. The text editing completion rate is considered successful. The completion rate for text editing in the first week of August 2023 reached 6.7% with the training participants' level of understanding of the material being (60%) in the sufficient category. There was a significant increase in performance and understanding in the 4th week of August by 100% with very good criteria. Thus, it is concluded that training and mentoring techniques can improve the GKI Diaspora Kotaraja Multimedia Team's proficiency in writing capital letters, punctuation marks and word combinations in accordance with the General Guidelines for Indonesian Spelling.service issues undertaken / researched. Abstracts include reasons for the selection of topics or the importance of research topics / community service, methods of research / devotion and outcome summary. The abstract should end with a comment about the importance of the result or a brief conclusion.

Learning represents a fundamental aspect of the educational process. The efficacy of the learning process is a key determinant of the extent to which educational objectives are achieved. Similarly, the quality of mathematical learning is a significant predictor of success in mathematics. The objective of this thesis is to examine the potential of managerial strategies to enhance the quality of mathematics learning. This research employs a qualitative methodology, specifically a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews. The data sources, or resource persons, were selected using the snowball technique. The data were validated through the triangulation technique. The results demonstrated that: (1) The management of improvements to the quality of mathematics learning is conducted in three stages: planning, implementation, and assessment. (2) Teachers employ various strategies to enhance mathematics learning outcomes, including the provision of structured assignments. (3) The effective management of learning outcomes is contingent upon three key supporting factors: parental involvement, access to learning resources, and the principal's leadership model. (4) Persistent challenges, such as the pervasive belief that mathematics is inherently challenging and student motivation, must also be addressed.

Household waste processing is greatly influenced by the culture, habits, and education of housewives as the vanguard of waste management. In Medan, in 2021, waste was recorded at 210.56 tons per year. One of the proposed solutions is pyrolysis technology to process organic waste into bio-oil, which also produces by-products such as coconut shell charcoal and tar. An economic feasibility analysis was conducted to see the potential of this business in Sleman, with a total income from bio-oil and by-products of IDR 1,095,000 and a monthly profit of IDR 168,750. Research shows that dry twigs produce bio-oil with higher yields and calorific values than dry leaves. However, from the economic analysis, this business shows unpromising results with a BEP of 197.04 units/month, a B/C Ratio of 1.18, an ROI of 1.58%, and a POT of 5.28 years. Although it is currently not profitable, the potential of bio-oil as an alternative fuel will increase if fuel prices rise.

One of the factors that should be considered in the legal protection of the poor is the equal position of citizens before the law. In a just society, there should be no gap between the people and those who have money and positions that afford them the same status as citizens in accordance with the legal system. It is imperative that legal aid be made available to impoverished individuals and communities in a criminal justice system that has yet to achieve comprehensive integration. The objective of this research is to ascertain the role of consultation and legal aid institutions in providing legal assistance and community empowerment for economically disadvantaged individuals. This research employs an empirical juridical approach to examine the activities of the Consultation and Legal Aid in fulfilling its role. The findings indicate that the Institute for Consultation and Legal Aid is obliged to provide assistance to legal aid providers free of charge. However, information regarding the provision of free or low-cost legal aid has not been widely disseminated, resulting in a significant number of defendants or suspects who are dealing with the law and do not receive assistance from legal aid providers. This lack of access to legal aid services leaves individuals without the means to effectively navigate accusations, suspicions, or charges from the state, thereby exacerbating their vulnerability.

However, because the institution is still new, there are quite a number of problems that surround it. The determination of the age limit for marriage is stated in UU No.16 Tahun 2009 article (1), where marriage is only permitted if the man and woman have reached the age of 19 (nineteen) years. However, data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) shows that 33.76% of young people in Indonesia recorded their first marriage age in the range of 19-21 years in 2022. As many as 19.24% of young people who first married when they were 16-18 years old. Early marriage has an impact on children, because there is no readiness both mentally and economically. Therefore, the Socialization of Law Number 16 of 2009 concerning the age of marriage as an effort to prevent early marriage was held at the State Senior High School 9 Jakarta which aims to provide legal awareness as well as enlightenment regarding the prevention of early marriage and provide education on mental readiness to become parents for children. The implementation of the socialization began with a pretest which was conducted orally to find out the initial understanding of the participants, then after that it began with material presentation and question and answer discussion for 2 hours. The results of this activity show that based on the participants' posttest results there is an increase in understanding about the age of marriage and the prevention of early marriage.

Despite its environmental and health drawbacks, plastic continues to be widely used because of its cost-effectiveness and versatility. This study investigates the potential of biodegradable plastic made from cellulose derived from nata de coco, which is produced through the fermentation of Acetobacter xylinum bacteria, as a sustainable alternative to conventional non-biodegradable plastics. The structural integrity of the bioplastic was improved by adding cassava starch, glycerin, and CMC. Additionally, extracts from rose and Java plum were incorporated into the material to serve as indicators of food spoilage. Functionality tests revealed that the bioplastic containing rose extract demonstrated the most significant color change, likely due to the degradation of anthocyanins present in the extract. This research presents a promising approach to addressing plastic pollution and reducing food waste through the use of biodegradable smart packaging.

Soapnuts or commonly called soapnuts are plants with seeds used in traditional detergents, consisting of 75% flesh and 25% seeds. The advantage of this plant is that it can be used as a raw material for making detergent. The method used in this community service activity is in collaboration with the PKK group in Pekon Kubu Perahu, Balik Bukit District, West Lampung Regency, which consists of 20 members. This activity is a socialization about the dangers of conventional soap, the active compound content of soapnuts, training in manufacturing techniques and the production process of processing soapnuts into liquid soap. The result of this service is the processing of soapnuts into liquid laundry soap, providing a positive impact on PKK mothers in Pekon Kubu Perahu, namely they can make their own environmentally friendly and safe laundry soap. Soapnuts are plants that contain chemical compounds with bioactivity as antibacterials. The conclusion of this service activity is that through socialization and direct practice, PKK mothers can learn the benefits of using soapnuts in making economical and environmentally friendly liquid laundry soap.

This article reports on a community service program conducted by students of UIN Raden Intan Lampung in Kubu Perahu Village, Balik Bukit District, aimed at addressing plastic waste issues through the utilization of ecobrick technology. The program included awareness-raising about the impacts of plastic waste, training in ecobrick paving block production, and the implementation of ecobrick products in village infrastructure development. The results indicate an increased awareness among the community regarding plastic waste management and new skills in ecobrick production. A total of 1,500 ecobrick paving blocks were produced and used to improve footpaths and public areas within the village. This program not only reduced the volume of plastic waste but also enhanced the environmental and infrastructural quality of the village. The success of this program demonstrates that community-based approaches and eco-friendly technologies can effectively address plastic waste issues and provide sustainable benefits to the community

Bullying is a prevalent issue in elementary schools that can have severe psychological and social impacts on students. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a localized anti-bullying education program implemented in an elementary school in Pekon Padang Dalom, Balik Bukit District. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, employing in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis to collect data. The findings reveal that interactive and participatory educational methods, such as group discussions and role-playing, significantly enhanced students' understanding of various forms of bullying and preventive measures. The program also led to positive behavioral changes among students, who showed increased courage and proactive behavior in identifying and reporting bullying incidents. However, challenges were noted in the implementation process, particularly resistance from some teachers and parents who preferred traditional teaching methods. These results underscore the importance of adaptive and context-sensitive educational strategies that involve the entire school community. The study suggests the need for further research to develop more inclusive and sustainable anti-bullying intervention models tailored to diverse school environments.

Giriloyo batik village is believed to have existed since the 17th century, during the reign of the Mataram Kingdom under the leadership of Sultan Agung. Initially, Giriloyo and his friends worked as batik instructors who sold half-finished batik to batik bosses in the center of Yogyakarta. The Giriloyo Batik Center is an area in Yogyakarta where the craft of hand-drawn batik has been passed down from generation to generation. Hundreds of generations of families in this area have made batik a part of their passion to preserve Indonesian cultural identity. Geographically, the Giriloyo Batik Center area is located in Ukirsasi Village, Imogiri District, Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) Province. This community service activity was motivated by the problems faced by Giriloyo Batik Village, namely the lack of literacy education related to digital-based financial reports, where the recording of financial reports that has been done so far is still manual and still uses or pays for the services of an accountant to create a financial report. So our team of proposers chose Kampung Batik Giriloyo to be a partner and we took the title "Online Financial Report Preparation Training as a Utilization of Digital Media". The proposer offers a solution to overcome the problems in Kampung Batik Giriloyo, namely by providing education on basic accounting and providing training in recording financial reports with MS Excel-based accounting software. The output target of this activity is that financial report recording can be done by batik business groups in Kampung Batik Giriloyo can be digital-based and the publication of community service journals is indexed by Sinta.

The Community Service Team (PKM) of the Malang State Polytechnic (Polinema) carried out activities on July 3-4, 2024 at Pulotondo Village, Ngunut District, Tulungagung Regency. This was done to assist the Village-Owned Enterprise or often referred to as Bumdes Pulotondo Mulyo in Pulotondo Village, Ngunut District - Tulungagung Regency in compiling its organizational structure. The existence of Pulotondo village through Bumdes Pulotondo Mulyo must receive serious attention. Bumdes is expected to be able to manage assets, service providers, and other businesses to improve the welfare of its people according to Permendesa No. 4 of 2015. All capital for Bumdes Pulotondo Mulyo is obtained through direct participation from separated Village assets. This PKM activity is carried out in several stages, namely during pre-activity, activity implementation and post-activity. Based on the results of the pre-activity, the potential superior businesses owned by Bumdes are catering businesses, livestock/fishery feed distributors, and have a household waste business management plan. Therefore, the design of the Bumdes Management structure must be appropriate. To achieve organizational goals, Bumdes management really needs the support of management functions. The organizational structure of Bumdes Pulotondo Mulyo is not yet effective and stable. The initial steps that have been taken are to prepare the organizational structure and educate the job descriptions of all Bumdes managers. This activity received a positive perception from the Bumdes Pulotondo Mulyo Management. According to Bumdes, the PKM activity is very useful and opens up new insights that are ready to be applied to the Bumdes organization. It is hoped that this assistance can continue to be focused on strengthening the community's economy, increasing information, knowledge and skills, which must be carried out in multiple aspects, both from the aspects of society, social, culture, village government policies and marketing potential for Bumdes Pulotondo Mulyo.

The results of the study showed that students realized the benefits, understood how to raise maggots as a way to manage organic waste, and had the potential to increase the selling value of the community. The percentage of Stunting in Indonesia according to the 2018 Basic Health Study was 30.8%. In that year, the stunting population was higher than other cases of infant nutrition (3.9%), malnutrition (3.8%), thin nutrition (10.2%) and obesity (8%). Then based on the results of the 2021 Indonesian Nutrition Status Survey (SSGI) showed that the prevalence rate of stunting in Indonesia in 2021 reached 24.4%. The prevalence of nutritional status of toddlers in Central Sulawesi Province with Underweight problems was 11.1% of the national target of 14%, stunting was 12.9% of the national target of 18.4%, undernourished toddlers were 5.0% of the RPJMD target of 10% and toddlers with severe malnutrition were 0.8% of the RPJMD target of 1%. To provide mothers with an understanding of stunting through the provision of stunting education using leaflets and the provision of local food MPASI for stunted children. Some of the main public health problems that the group identified in Rejeki RT 4 Village, Palolo District, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi Province are environmental health such as the availability of bathing and washing facilities, clean water sources (bathing, drinking), access and visits to health service facilities which are very far away, and physical health problems, namely hypertension. Rejeki RT 04 village consists of 70 households with 318 recorded people. To assist the community in overcoming health problems in Rejeki RT 4 Village, community nursing practices were carried out to increase knowledge about healthy lifestyles by Group 15 which was carried out on August 18, 2024, in the form of health checks (physical programs), communication, information and education (non-physical programs) and providing additional nutrition to children (extra programs) where the realization of this implementation was 71%. The implementation of Real Work Lecture activities in Rejeki Village RT 4 Palolo District, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi Province went well with the collaboration between students, village government and local residents and educational institutions of Widya Nusantara University Palu. Meanwhile, free-range chickens have great potential, but are limited by low productivity and high mortality rates. This research aims to develop innovations in the maintenance of free-range chickens to support family food security. method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR), involves the initial mapping stages, determining action solutions, and implementing actions. The main activities are seminars and socialization with the theme "Family Independence Innovation to Support Food Security" in Pasemah Vilage. Results is show that a participatory approach can involve the community in developing efficient and sustainable animal feed methods. Socialization about making chicken feed from local ingredients and household waste succeeded increasing the knowledge and skills of participants. The implementation of this knowledge by the community has the potential to reduce dependence on commercial feed and increase food independence at the household level. In conclusion, innovations in free-range chicken rearing and local feed production can be an effective strategy to increase family food security, encourage independence, and support local economic development in Sinar Pasemah Village.

The Caldera Nomadic Escape is a tourist destination developed by the Ministry of Tourism through the Lake Toba Authority Implementing Agency (BPODT). This research aims to determine the influence of event characteristics on the decision to visit domestic tourists at The Kaldera Nomadic Escape case study: Marende Fest 2024 event. The population of this study was 2,463 and the sample used was 100 respondents. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling technique. This research uses quantitative research methods with a descriptive research type which includes validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are (1) the uniqueness variable has a partial and significant influence on the decision to visit with a calculated r value of 3.618, (2) ) the perishability variable has a partial influence on the decision to visit with a calculated value of 6.663, (3) the variable Intangibility has a partial influence on the decision to visit with a calculated value of 4.998, (4) the atmosphere and service variables have a partial influence on the decision to visit with a calculated value of 7.807 , (5) the personal interaction variable partially influences the decision to visit with a calculated r value of 6.738. The results of this research from the variables of uniqueness, perishability, intangibility, atmosphere and service, personal interactions together (simultaneously) have a positive and significant influence. The research results of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) show that the variables of uniqueness, perishability, intangibility, atmosphere and service, personal interaction are able to influence visiting decisions by 89% and the remaining 11% is influenced by variables not examined in this research.

The data results were analyzed using data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear analysis, determination coefficient tests and hypothesis tests with 31 respondents. The results of this research show that service quality and brand image partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The brand image variable has the most dominant influence, followed by the service quality variable. The coefficient of determination value of 0.822 indicates that 82.2% of service quality and brand image influence customer satisfaction, while 17.8% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research.

This community service is based on the high number of dengue fever in Sragen district. The endemic problem of dengue fever in Sragen Regency can be reduced by maximizing mosquito eradication efforts and maximizing the role of the function of mosquito larvae monitors (Juru Pemantau Jentik/Jumantik). Education program about mosquito larvae monitors from school children was chosen to increase the number of mosquito larvae monitors with students of SMP Negeri 5 Sragen as the target. This community service was carried out in January 2023 with 100 participants consisting of 65 women and 35 men. This activity was carried out by providing counseling through video screenings. The results of the community service illustrate the average value of knowledge after the counseling, which was 83.38 with a median of 84.00. It is hoped that the Jumantik counseling activities for students can raise awareness and increase knowledge so that efforts to monitor mosquito larvae in Sragen Regency increase so that a movement to eradicate dengue fever arises.

The method used is by designing technology, training and workshops. The results of community service activities are producing and implementing appropriate technology in the form of a Fine Bubble Technology-Based Treatment Machine in Jombang. This technology has been proven to be able to improve the quality of water in cultivation ponds, such as increasing dissolved oxygen levels and pH stability, which has a positive impact on the growth of Cak Na tilapia.

Waste that has not been handled properly is located in Sumberdem Village, Malang Regency. Waste processing has so far been carried out by separating organic and inorganic waste. So far, plastic waste has been dumped on riverbanks and burned so that it causes new problems, namely environmental pollution from the smoke from burning. This research aims to analyze the role and responsibilities of hospitals in health services for patients using the Health Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS). Optimal health services for BPJS patients are very important, considering the number of beneficiaries continues to increase in Indonesia. A descriptive qualitative approach was used in this research involving in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation analysis. Research participants consisted of medical personnel, hospital management, and BPJS patients in several hospitals registered as BPJS Health partners. The research results show that although hospitals have tried to meet BPJS service standards, there are various challenges, including limited resources and gaps in access to health facilities. Apart from that, communication and coordination skills between the hospital and BPJS are also important factors in providing efficient services. This study recommends increasing training for health workers and strengthening the coordination system between hospitals and BPJS to improve the quality of health services for BPJS patients.

Public speaking is an essential skill that should be mastered by all individuals, including middle school students, as it is valuable not only in academic settings but also in social and professional contexts. This community service initiative aims to enhance public speaking skills and boost the confidence of middle school students through a combination of presentation and role-playing methods. The training consisted of a series of sessions where students were given opportunities to prepare and deliver structured presentations, as well as practice speaking in simulated, real-life scenarios. The results of the program showed significant improvement in both the verbal and non-verbal communication skills of the students. Those who initially lacked confidence became more capable of organizing effective presentations, utilizing appropriate body language, and responding to their audience effectively. Additionally, the training helped students overcome anxiety associated with public speaking, increasing their courage to speak in front of others. While some students may still require a more personalized approach, the overall methods proved to be effective in developing public speaking skills. This training is expected to provide long-term benefits in students' soft skill development and could serve as a sustainable program within schools.

Pro coffee is a coffee drink enriched with B.cereus consortium bacteria. Bacillus cereus is a single cell protein that is rich in protein. This program aims to develop student entrepreneurial activities by implementing the results of previous research, namely utilizing probiotic bacteria for healthy coffee entrepreneurship by adding probiotic bacteria to coffee drinks. The method used to provide lectures and practices about professional coffee processing to students involved in this service. This service activity is carried out in four stages, namely: Training and Competency Improvement. Training and competency improvement activities are carried out as an effort to increase the knowledge and competence of Partners and students in processing Pro coffee. The results of the service show that students are able to improve: 1) Knowledge of making media for developing probiotic bacteria so that they are suitable for human consumption; 2) Making probiotic starter (Bacillus cereus SN7); 3) Pro coffee making; 4) Pro coffee packaging; and 5) Marketing of pro coffee products.

Education at Islamic boarding schools has an important role in shaping the character and knowledge of the younger generation, especially in memorizing the Koran. However, students often face challenges in dividing their time between formal education and activities at Islamic boarding schools, which results in neglected memorization. To overcome this problem, this service aims to optimize the tahfidz program by implementing consistency in murojaah and intensive evaluation. This program was implemented at the Al Aziziyah Dormitory, using a Participation Action Research (PAR) approach. The PAR process involves five steps: problem identification through discussion, planning murojaah consistency strategies and evaluation, implementing actions, observing memorization development, and evaluating implementation results. Murojaah consistency, which is routine rote repetition, has been proven to be effective in strengthening memory and maintaining long-term memorization. Regular evaluation through daily and weekly exams helps monitor student progress and allows for quick identification of deficiencies. Teacher training is also important to ensure they have the ability to support students with effective methods. Based on interviews with program coordinators, students who are consistent in murojaah show better results than those who only focus on adding new memorization. Through a combination of repetition strategies, systematic evaluation and teacher training, the tahfidz program is expected to improve the quality of students' memorization.

The lack of community skills in utilizing existing potential causes coconut waste to have no value, even its selling value is very cheap, so that the surrounding community leaves the waste which can automatically pollute the surrounding environment and become useless waste. This is the main problem in Senang Hati Village, apart from the lack of community knowledge about the benefits of waste, the community has also never received socialization and coaching from the Lebak Regency Tourism and Creative Economy Office. The purpose of this Community Service is to empower the Senang Hati village community to be able to manage and utilize waste so that the waste can have economic value, through coconut waste processing training activities. The solution to the problem used in this community service activity is the Empowerment approach. The strategy used is training and mentoring for the community, especially PKK mothers and Karang Taruna members to develop environmentally friendly and sustainable businesses. The expected output of this PKM activity is to increase the insight and skills of the Senang Hati village community regarding the processing and utilization of coconut tree waste. The results and impacts on partners are the growth of awareness and changes in attitudes to maintain a clean and healthy environment by utilizing waste that has economic potential, intelligently, creatively and innovatively and increasing the economic income of village communities through waste processing activities that have economic value.

One of the factors that supports the quality of vocational high school graduates needed by industry is how broad the knowledge of the latest technology is mastered by a teacher. On the other hand, there is still a gap between the developing technology and the level of mastery possessed by teachers. The competency standards possessed by teachers should ideally continue to increase along with technological developments. One indicator is the ownership of a teacher competency certificate in the automotive expertise field at the vocational school level. Therefore, efforts need to be made to develop a teacher's abilities. The method used is through training and workshops. The results of this community service activity were that most participants showed a significant increase in their understanding and skills in hybrid control systems, including theoretical and applied aspects. Teachers who took part in the training are now better prepared to implement hybrid technology in the learning process, supporting the transfer of knowledge to students better and more effectively.

It can be seen that compensation is something that is received by employees in return for their services to the company in the form of salaries, allowances, incentives, and facilities. Work motivation is a condition that encourages or causes someone to do something or an activity that takes place consciously and aims to improve work performance. With good motivation, every employee who does the job will be excited and happy to do the job, so that the higher the enthusiasm and drive to work. This study aims to determine how compensation partially and simultaneously affects employee work motivation at CV Satu Atap Communication Medan. The population and sample in this study were 30 employees with saturated sample technique. Data collection techniques through observation and questionnaire distribution. The data analysis technique used is the Multiple Linear Regression analysis method. Partial test results for the salary variable (X1) obtained tcount> ttable (2.290> 1.708) with a significance value smaller than the 0.05 level (0.031 <0.05), this means that salary (X1) has a positive and significant effect on work motivation (Y). For the allowance variable (X2), it is obtained tcount> ttable (2.419> 1.708) with a significance value smaller than the 0.05 level (0.031<0.05), this means that salary (X1) has a positive and significant effect on work motivation (Y). With a fairly high level of determination, indicated by an adjusted R-square of 0.626. This value shows that salary, allowances, incentives and facilities contribute 62.2% to the work motivation of CV Satu Atap Communication Medan employees. While the remaining 37.4% is influenced by other variables not examined by this study.

Currently, environmentally friendly tourism activities have become the most popular trend among tourists worldwide. This has led various tourism elements to innovate by implementing green or environmentally friendly programs. Likewise, the hotel industry, as accommodation for tourists, has adopted various green or environmentally friendly programs to meet tourists' expectations. Designing, promoting, pricing, and distributing products or programs that do not harm the environment is called Green Marketing. Thus, the implementation of green programs by hotels through green marketing, both directly and indirectly, will influence visitors' decisions to stay. This study aims to determine the effect of green marketing on consumer decisions to stay at HARRIS Resort Waterfront Batam. The study covers three dimensions of green marketing, namely green product, green promotion, and green price, using a quantitative research method that includes validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing (t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination analysis). The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 26 program with a sample size of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation and online questionnaire distribution. Based on the research results, both partially and simultaneously, green marketing (green product, green promotion, and green price) has a positive and significant effect on the decision to stay. The adjusted R square value shows that the influence of green marketing on the decision to stay is 67.9%, while the remaining 32.1% is influenced by other variables not identified in this study, with the most influential dimension being green price. Therefore, this study proves that the application of green marketing has a positive and significant influence on the decision to stay at HARRIS Resort Waterfront Batam.

This research aims to help Gogos food businesses in the process of obtaining halal certification through Community Service activities. The Community Service was conducted with a participatory approach, involving the food businesses as active partners throughout the process. The first step was to coordinate and discuss the issues and the urgency of halal certification. Then, a problem-solving discussion was conducted to find joint solutions to overcome the obstacles faced by the food businesses. During the education sessions, the food businesses were provided with information about the importance of halal certification, the steps for obtaining it, and the requirements to be fulfilled. The Community Service team also assisted the businesses in the registration process and the implementation of the Halal Product Process (PPH) by the Halal Product Assurance Agency (BPJPH). The evaluation results showed an increase in awareness and knowledge among the food business owners regarding the urgency of halal certification.

Job satisfaction is a crucial aspect that companies must pay attention to. An individual's dissatisfaction with their job can strongly drive turnover. Turnover Intention is the degree of tendency or attitude an employee has to seek a new job elsewhere or plan to leave the company. This study aims to investigate the partial and simultaneous influence of job satisfaction factors on employee turnover intention at CV Satu Atap. Multiple regression analysis is used to analyze data from 30 respondents, with independent variables including job, salary/wages, recognition, and work environment, and the dependent variable being turnover intention. The results of the analysis show that, partially, the four job satisfaction factors (job, salary/wages, recognition, and work environment) significantly negatively affect turnover intention. Simultaneously, the independent variables collectively explain the variation in turnover intention with a fairly high level of determination, as indicated by the adjusted R-square. The implications of these findings highlight the importance for companies to improve employee job satisfaction, particularly through fair salary/wage policies, adequate recognition, a conducive work environment, and increasing job satisfaction to reduce turnover intention.

In organizing events, especially sport events, organizers need to pay attention to the factors of service quality, price, and facilities. These three factors can enhance participant satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, price, and facilities on participant satisfaction at Digi Zumba Bandung 2023. This research is quantitative in nature. The data collection method involved distributing questionnaires to 89 respondents, with the number of respondents determined using saturated sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable using SPSS software version 20 in 2024. The results of this study indicate that service quality (X₁) has a partially positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of Digi Zumba Bandung 2023 participants with a t-value of 3,231. The t-test results for price (X₂) show a partially positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of Digi Zumba Bandung 2023 participants with a t-value of 3,240. The t-test results for facilities (X₃) also show a partially positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of Digi Zumba Bandung 2023 participants with a t-value of 2,271. Furthermore, the F-test results indicate that service quality (X₁), price (X₂), and facilities (X₃) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of Digi Zumba Bandung 2023 participants with an F-value of [insert F-value 27,547. Additionally, the determination (R2) results show that service quality (X1), price (X2), and facilities (X3) can influence the satisfaction of Digi Zumba Bandung 2023 participants by 47.5%, and the remaining 52.5% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study.

The aim of this community service program was to optimize early literacy skills in young children through a mother tongue-based reading and writing assistance. The program was conducted over six months, involving children aged 4-6 years in Kober Peupado Malanuza village. The assistance focused on letter recognition, simple words, and interactive activities involving parents in supporting children’s learning at home. The results of the program implementation showed significant progress in children’s ability to recognize letters and words, as well as an increased interest in reading and writing activities. The mother tongue-based teaching method proved effective, as children found it easier to understand and remember vocabulary and language structures they used in daily life. Parental involvement also played a crucial role in reinforcing the learning process. However, some challenges related to limited resources and infrastructure at the location need to be addressed to improve the quality of the program. Based on these findings, it is recommended to continue the program by expanding access to learning materials, strengthening training for parents and teachers, and introducing a community-based approach for program sustainability. Overall, optimizing early literacy skills through a mother tongue-based approach shows significant positive impacts in supporting a more comprehensive and meaningful literacy development for children.

Academic literacy, particularly the ability to write scientific papers, remains challenging for students at YPKM Christian High School in Ambon. Based on observations and interviews with the principal and Indonesian language teachers, students struggle to develop ideas into scientific writing. This Community Service aims to introduce scientific writing techniques to students and teachers. The activity was conducted on May 7, 2024, involving 11th-grade students and teachers from various subjects. The implementation method included three main sessions: introduction to basic concepts and structure of scientific papers, citation techniques, writing bibliographies, and practical article analysis. The evaluation was conducted through questionnaires distributed to all participants. The evaluation results showed a positive response from participants regarding the relevance of the material to their needs, with the highest appreciation for the discussion and Q&A aspects. Technical constraints included limited time for practical sessions, an overly large number of participants in one group, and unstable internet connections. Recommendations for similar activities in the future include limiting the number of participants per session, extending the duration of practice, and simplifying technical materials. The involvement of teachers in this program opens up opportunities for ongoing mentoring in the classroom learning process.

This study aims to understand the effect of service quality and promotion on visitor satisfaction at the Honda CR-V Hybrid launch event held by CV Muda Art Project in Medan, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses an associative approach. The population in this study were all visitors to the event, totalling 1.200 people, with a sample of 100 people. Data were collected using interviews, observations, and questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using Multiple Linear Regression Test, Hypothesis Test (t test and F test), and Coefficient of Determination. The partial test results show that service quality has a tcount value of 5.139 which is greater than the t table (1.985) with a significance level of 0.001 (<0.05), which means that there is a positive and significant effect of service quality on customer satisfaction. For the promotion variable, the tcount value is 2.270, which is greater than the t table (1.985), with a significance of 0.025 (<0.05), which indicates a positive and significant effect of promotion on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, service quality and promotion have a significant positive effect on visitor satisfaction, with an Fcount value of 45.702 which is greater than Ftable (3.328) and a significance of 0.000 (<0.05). Thus, it can be concluded that service quality and promotion together have a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction at the Honda CR-V Hybrid launch event in Medan.

In the context of motivation, there are two main elements analyzed, namely internal factors that are pushing factors and external factors that are pulling factors. The combination of these factors influences an individual's decision to attend an event. This research aims to determine the influence of push motivational factors and pull motivational factors on the visiting decision of generation Z at the Chinese Cultural Event in Medan City, particularly the Chinese New Year Festival. The independent variables studied are push motivational factors and pull motivational factors, while the dependent variable is the visiting decision. This research employs a quantitative method with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 90 respondents who visited the Chinese New Year Festival 2024 at W.R. Supratman 2 Medan Senior High School. Hypothesis testing in this research utilizes a multiple linear regression model with partial tests, simultaneous tests, and coefficients of determination, supported by the SPSS 27 program. The results of the research prove that push motivational factors and pull motivational factors partially have a positive and significant effect on the visiting decisions. Simultaneously, both types of motivational factors collectively have a positive and significant effect on the visiting decisions.

Practical implementation aims to provide experience and application in the real situations for students regarding the concepts and theories studied in the book of materials. Students are expected to be able to apply concepts, principles, procedures, and skills in real or artificial situations in a programmed and guided or independent manner. However, implementation in the field still requires compatibility, especially between practitioners and informants. The problems faced by students of Tourism Study Program, Faculty of Economicy & Business, Universitas Terbuka, are difficult in doing the tasks given in the practical learning process. Therefore, the dissemination of practical course guidelines for the of Tourism Study Program, Universitas Terbuka Batam is aimed at increasing students' abilities in preparing, implementing, and reporting activities through practice. The method used in community service is a participatory approach, training & implementation, and an evaluation of practice results. The results obtained, through practical guidelines/procedures, students can increase their knowledge and skills through field experience on various matters related to creative tourism activities, especially understanding its implementation practices in several regions in Indonesia.

The method of assitance is training, coaching, and evaluating, which lasts for three months from September to November 2024. The results of training and assistance for minimarket Lestari Dharma are increasing in efficiency of product finding and servicing, increasing in number of product sales, and smoother communication between managers. Overall, this activity have a positive impact on minimarket in increasing productivity and profitability. The continuous implementation of this initiative will help maintain and improve the performance of cooperatives.

Teaching Simple Present Tense Using EGRA Technique

As one of Indonesia's underdeveloped, frontier, and outermost regions, Aru Regency faces significant challenges in providing quality English education, primarily due to a shortage of qualified English teachers. This shortage has resulted in students having limited exposure to the English language, particularly in foundational aspects such as grammar. Recognizing this issue, the community development team initiated a program aimed at improving students’ grammar proficiency, with a specific focus on the simple present tense. To achieve this, the team implemented the EGRA (Experience, Generalization, Reinforcement, Application) technique, a structured approach designed to enhance both understanding and application of grammar in a systematic manner. The community development program was conducted at SMP Jeljakaka, involving a class of 30 students. At the outset, a pre-test was administered to assess the students' baseline understanding of grammar. The results revealed that the majority of students had not yet mastered fundamental grammatical structures, particularly the simple present tense. Following the intervention using the EGRA technique, the students were given a post-test to measure their progress. The results indicated a significant improvement in their understanding and application of the simple present tense. This demonstrated the effectiveness of the EGRA technique in addressing gaps in grammar mastery while also highlighting the importance of structured and interactive teaching methods in enhancing students' language skills in challenging educational contexts.

The activity was carried out as a solution to barriers in learning English in isolated areas, which include the limitations of innovative learning media and the lack of motivation of students. This service involves training for teachers on how to use Gamma-App in the teaching process as well as evaluation of its implementation. The results of the activities showed a significant improvement in teachers' ability to use Gamma - App as an interactive learning medium, with an 85% increase in teachers' understanding. Through this dedication, the use of Gamma-App proved to be strategically innovative to improve the quality of English language learning in remote locations. It is hoped that this activity will serve as an example for other schools in applying technology to create inclusive, interactive, and effective learning.

Environmental health has become a crucial issue in the Johor region of Malaysia, particularly in areas with high population density and limited access to sanitation facilities. This community service activity aims to disseminate the implementation of effective sanitation technology to improve the quality of environmental health, specifically for Indonesian migrant workers (TKI) living in Johor. The program focuses on educating about the importance of sanitation, introducing simple sanitation technologies, and providing assistance in applying hygiene practices in households. Through a participatory approach, Indonesian migrant workers in Johor are directly involved in outreach, training, and implementing community-based sanitation solutions. Evaluation is conducted to measure the program's impact on increasing community knowledge and changing behaviors related to sanitation. The results show a positive community response toward the importance of sanitation, as well as a significant reduction in environmental health issues, such as the transmission of environmentally-borne diseases. Disseminating the results through scientific publications and seminars is expected to serve as a reference for other regions with similar conditions, so that proper sanitation implementation can contribute to improving quality of life and public health

Hypertension is a condition where blood pressure in the blood vessels increases chronically and is still a serious health problem because its arrival is often not noticed and can continue to get worse until it reaches a level that threatens the life of the sufferer. Therefore, therapy is needed to overcome hypertension, namely with non-pharmacological therapy, one of the treatments for hypertension using non-pharmacology can use butterfly pea flowers (clitoria ternatea). The purpose of this community service is to educate the community about making herbal drinks to lower hypertension from butterfly pea flowers (clitoria ternatea). With the method of socialization and discussion and evaluated to assess the level of knowledge through pre-test and post-test questionnaires. From 15 people in Hamlet I, Bahagia Village, a pre-test was obtained with level of knowledgethe less category with a total of 8 people (54.4%), the sufficient category with 5 people (33.3%) and the good category with 2 people (13.3%) Meanwhile, the post-test results showed that the level of knowledge was in the poor category with 1 person (6.7%), the sufficient category was 2 people (13.3%) and the good category was 12 people (80%). From the comparison of the results, there is an increase in public knowledge and understanding of the material provided. This activity can be carried out well thanks to cooperation. This article discusses a community empowerment program in Kampung Dusun Pusaka that focuses on entrepreneurship development through the utilization of lemongrass as the main ingredient in making anti-mosquito spray. The program was designed to foster entrepreneurial spirit while providing practical skills in making useful products at the local level, given the low interest of residents in entrepreneurship. In this activity, residents were introduced to the benefits of lemongrass, especially its citronella content which is proven to be effective as a mosquito repellent and environmentally friendly. The program involved theoretical sessions on entrepreneurship, SWOT analysis, and business planning strategies, followed by hands-on training in making anti-mosquito sprays. The methods used were lectures, question and answer discussions, and practice. The results showed high enthusiasm from the community in attending the training, learning the techniques taught, and applying them independently. In conclusion, the program successfully empowered the community with the ability to address health and economic challenges, and encouraged sustainable practices. The program also demonstrated how the integration of local resources with entrepreneurship training can support the improvement of village welfare.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of tabligh akbar in Desa Barung-Barung, Lima Puluh Pesisir District, Batu Bara Regency, and its impact on social cohesion and the reinforcement of community faith. The methodology used is a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and participatory observation techniques. The results show that the tabligh akbar in this village successfully strengthened community solidarity and enhanced religious understanding. The article concludes that tabligh akbar serves not only as a medium for preaching but also as an effective social binder.

The preparation stage includes the preparation of training materials, the preparation of activity administration and the socialization of activity plans to partners. The implementation stage includes training activities, work practices and assistance for catfish farming aquaponic systems and business financial management. The evaluation stage is carried out based on the results of monitoring. The results that have been achieved from this activity are the implementation of catfish cultivation technology training activities with aquaponic systems and business financial management, and have been continued with practical work activities for making aquaponic system aquaculture media construction and business financial bookkeeping. SDN 024 Teluk Binjai in Dumai City has implemented English lessons in its school curriculum. However, inadequate teacher competencies have been a factor in the low levels of students' communication skills and interactive mediation. Teachers need to apply active, creative, and contextual learning models to make the learning process enjoyable and foster social interaction between students and teachers. Joyful learning, combined with games, is prioritized to create active, creative, and contextual learning. Based on these challenges, a training program on the implementation of the Joyful Learning 7Jumps Strategy research results was conducted for 12 teachers teaching English at SDN 024 Teluk Binjai, Dumai. The training methods included technical guidance and workshops on designing lessons, student worksheets, and assessments, followed by peer teaching practice. The program was conducted offline in August 2024 and continued with online mentoring and supervision. The training was deemed successful, with teachers’ knowledge and readiness to implement the Joyful Learning 7Jumps Strategy scoring an average of 3.82, categorized as high, and the teaching modules were applicable for teachers. The community service activity effectively enhanced teachers’ competencies in implementing the strategy creatively, innovatively, and contextually, directly improving the quality of English teaching at SDN 024 in Dumai City. The limitation of the training lies in the unknown effectiveness of the model and product in improving students’ English proficiency.

Hasil dari kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan tentang kandungan gizi daun kelor serta keterampilan dalam memproduksi keripik stik dan teh herbal dengan proses yang lebih efisien. Selain itu, peralatan yang diserahkan mendukung proses produksi yang lebih optimal, sehingga kelompok tani dapat meningkatkan kapasitas produksi dan kualitas produk. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam pengolahan daun kelor serta memberikan landasan yang kuat untuk memulai usaha berbasis produk olahan kelor di tingkat rumah tangga.

This study aims to enhance the literacy of kitab kuning among students at Darunnajah Islamic Boarding School Jakarta through the implementation of the halaqah method. The halaqah method was chosen because it is believed to create an interactive and conducive learning atmosphere for mastering kitab kuning material. This research uses a mixed-methods approach, combining both qualitative and quantitative methods. The qualitative approach is used to understand the process of implementing the halaqah method, while the quantitative approach is used to measure the improvement in kitab kuning literacy. Qualitative data were collected through observations and in-depth interviews with students and teachers, while quantitative data were obtained through written tests before and after the implementation of the halaqah method. The results show that the implementation of the halaqah method significantly improves students' understanding of kitab kuning literacy. This improvement is evident in the higher test scores and increased ability of students to read and comprehend kitab kuning texts. Additionally, the halaqah method also enhanced student engagement and motivation in the learning process. These findings indicate that the halaqah method can be an effective alternative for developing kitab kuning literacy in Islamic boarding schools.

The approach used is Asset-Based Community-Driven Development (ABCD), which emphasizes the empowerment of local potential and community participation in the learning process. The program was implemented over four meetings with mentoring stages, including an introduction to financial literacy, budgeting, saving, investment, simulation practice, and group discussions. Evaluation results showed a significant increase in understanding, with 80% of participants able to categorize the use of their pocket money, 75% understanding the importance of saving, and 70% practicing more structured pocket money management. The socio-economic impact is also reflected in the increased involvement of migrant families in the local economy and family financial management. Before the program, only 40% of families had a monthly budget; this figure increased to 65% after program implementation. In addition, 70% of migrant families are now better able to save regularly and avoid consumptive debt. Overall, the program makes a significant contribution to improving the financial literacy of children of migrant families, which has a direct impact on the economic well-being of their families. With a better understanding of financial management, migrant families can be better integrated into the socio-economic life of the village and better able to manage irregular income. The program also opens up opportunities for long-term economic development in migrant communities.

Adolescence is a transition period from childhood to adulthood. The age range of adolescence is 10-18 years. At this age, various physical, biological and psychological changes can occur rapidly. One of the developments experienced especially in adolescent girls is menstruation. Menstruation is the process of shedding the inner layer of the female uterine wall (endometrium) which contains many blood vessels. The menstrual cycle that occurs causes adolescent girls to have a higher risk of experiencing anemia compared to adolescent boys. In adolescents, anemia will greatly affect academic achievement at school due to decreased motor activity, decreased endurance and decreased concentration of adolescents in learning. The purpose of this Community Service is to detect anemia in adolescents early. The method consists of initial exploration and survey, coordination of implementation plans, implementation, and evaluation. The results of this community service are an increase in participant scores after being given education about anemia. In addition, the results of hemoglobin (Hb) level examinations in 88 students showed that most students of SMA N 1 Manganitu were included in the normal category. Students with low hemoglobin (Hb) levels numbered 14 (16%). By implementing education about anemia, students' knowledge about anemia has increased. In addition, examination of hemoglobin (Hb) levels in students provides information about the incidence of anemia in students at SMA Negeri 1 Manganitu.

According to Birner Whitmer, 2007, the concept of political capital is an effort to support the achievement of political goals through an assessment of local social capital such as the use of campaign funds, active participation in elections, political negotiations and communication, mobilization of voter support, economic freedom, protest democracy, and efforts to advance democracy through the construction and negotiation of political models (Zerri et al., 2024). This study aims to determine the effect of political capital (campaign funds) on the practice of money politics and vote acquisition in the Pilkada contestation. The method used in this research is a literature study, where the data and information needed are obtained from textbooks, observation reports, scientific journals and from the internet. The results obtained are that political capital (campaign funds) has a significant influence on the practice of money politics that supports the vote acquisition of candidates in the Pilkada contestation. So, political capital in the form of large campaign funds has a significant influence and correlation on the practice of money politics and vote acquisition in the Pilkada contestation. Because candidates with large and strong political capital have political support from political coalitions or networks, so they will also have a wider position and power because they succeeded in winning the Pilkada.

This community service program aims to overcome the low efficiency of agricultural land management in Kalibaru Manis Village, Banyuwangi, by focusing on increasing farmers' knowledge in utilizing drone technology for mapping. This training provides theory and practice of drone operation and processing aerial image data using Geographic Information System (GIS) software. The implementation method includes preparation, training, and evaluation stages. Participants were trained to operate drones, retrieve image data, and analyze it to produce land maps. A collaborative approach between lecturers, students, and practitioners was applied to ensure the success of the program. As a result, participants are able to use drones independently and utilize the data for more effective land management. This program increases agricultural productivity and supports environmental sustainability through the application of modern technology.

It is important to understand that social media provides very broad access to information for its users, whatever is desired is always presented quickly so that its benefits are extraordinary. Therefore, insight into the impact of social media is a very important lesson material that needs to be socialized to the community, especially children and adolescents including Islamic boarding school students. However, in addition to having a positive impact, social media also has a negative impact on its users, including Islamic boarding school students as part of the digital generation. They are vulnerable to the negative impacts of social media such as addiction, behavioral changes, and security risks, increasingly becoming a concern in society, cyberbullying, liking uncivilized content, changes in social interaction and lifestyle and liking to apply new behaviors and habits. This can interfere with the learning process and character formation that is carried out in Islamic boarding schools. Therefore, there needs to be activities that can provide insight to Islamic boarding school students so that they also have digital awareness in using social media. Community service activities carried out at Tanwirul Qulub Islamic Boarding School and Darul Amin Islamic Boarding School are one of the activities that can provide benefits to students because with these activities, students can improve digital literacy, instill ethics and manners in using social media, increase creativity and technological skills, strengthen Islamic boarding schools as a place for comprehensive education, and encourage the use of social media for preaching.
