This community service program is motivated by the limitations faced by teachers in managing multigrade classrooms and the lack of access to adequate learning media. The main issues encountered by the partner include limited understanding of multigrade teaching strategies and minimal utilization of innovative learning media suited to school conditions. The objective of this program is to strengthen teachers’ strategies in multigrade classroom instruction through low-cost media innovations that are easy to create, affordable, and contextually relevant. The empowerment methods applied include training sessions, workshops, and continuous mentoring in the implementation and evaluation of classroom learning. The solutions offered consist of enhancing teachers’ understanding of multigrade teaching strategies, developing and utilizing low-cost learning media, and providing assistance in implementing and evaluating learning practices sustainably. The results indicate a significant improvement in teachers’ capacity to manage multigrade classrooms, increased creativity in developing simple instructional media, and higher student engagement and learning independence. Furthermore, the mentoring process has positively influenced teachers’ confidence in applying innovative teaching strategies. Therefore, this program has successfully improved the quality of multigrade learning. It is recommended that the program be sustained through institutional support, continuous teacher innovation in developing learning media, and periodic mentoring to ensure consistent implementation.
