Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work experience and burnout on employees’ turnover intention at PT Mandiri Inovasi Bersama in Tangerang, both partially and simultaneously. This study employed a quantitative method with a descriptive associative approach. The population consisted of 45 employees, and the entire population was selected as the research sample using the saturated sampling technique. Data were collected throught questionnaires and analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing with the assistance of SPSS version 27. The result of the study indicated that the work experience variable (X1) had a positive and signification effect on turover intention (Y), as evidenced by a calculated t-value of 13.453, which was greater than the t-table value of 1.682, and a significance value of 0.000<0.05, Therefore, H01 was rejected and Ha1 was accepted. The burnout variable (X2) also had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention (Y), as indicated by a calculated t-value of 18.602, which was a greater than the t-table value of 1.682, and significance value of 0.000<0.05. Therefore, H02 was rejected and Ha2 was accepted. Simultaneously, work experience and burnout had a positive significant effect on employees’ turnover intention. Therefore, Ho3 was rejected and Ha3 was accepted. Thus, the regression model used was considered appropriate and capable of explaining the effect of work experience and burnout on employees’ turnover intention at PT Mandiri Inovasi Bersama in Tangerang
