Archiving Policy
This journal is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation and permanent accessibility of all published scholarly content. As part of this commitment, the journal implements a digital preservation strategy designed to safeguard its publications and maintain continuous access for the global academic community.
All articles published in this journal are managed and stored electronically through Open Journal Systems (OJS). The platform provides a structured environment for editorial workflow, publication management, and integration with digital preservation services.
To guarantee long-term digital preservation, this journal participates in the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN). This service provides free and distributed preservation for journals using OJS, ensuring that the journal’s content is securely archived and remains accessible even in the event that the journal website becomes unavailable.
In addition, the journal supports distributed archiving systems such as LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS (Controlled LOCKSS). These systems allow participating libraries around the world to preserve copies of the journal’s content, creating multiple secure archives that protect the integrity and availability of scholarly publications.
The journal also maintains regular server backups and internal digital storage to prevent data loss caused by technical failures or other unforeseen circumstances. All published articles remain permanently accessible through the journal website and may also be deposited in institutional or subject repositories to further support open access dissemination and long-term preservation.
Through this multi-layered archiving strategy, the journal ensures that all published content is securely preserved and remains accessible as part of the permanent scholarly record.
