Online Submission

The journal accepts manuscript submissions exclusively through the online submission system. Authors are required to submit their manuscripts via the journal’s online platform provided by Open Journal Systems. Submissions sent by email or other methods will not be processed.

Before submitting a manuscript, authors must ensure that the manuscript complies with the journal’s author guidelines, formatting requirements, and ethical standards.

Registration and Login

Authors who wish to submit a manuscript must first register on the journal website.

  1. Click Register on the journal homepage.

  2. Complete the registration form by providing the required information.

  3. Ensure that the Author role is selected during registration.

  4. After registration, log in using your username and password.

Once logged in, authors can access the submission dashboard to start the manuscript submission process.

Manuscript Submission Process

The online submission process generally consists of the following steps:

1. Start Submission
Authors begin the submission by selecting the appropriate journal section and agreeing to the submission checklist and copyright statement.

2. Upload Submission
The manuscript file is uploaded to the system. Authors should ensure that the file follows the journal’s formatting guidelines.

3. Enter Metadata
Authors must enter complete metadata for the manuscript, including:

  • Title of the manuscript

  • Abstract

  • Keywords

  • Author names and affiliations

  • References (if required by the system)

Accurate metadata ensures proper indexing and discoverability of the article.

4. Upload Supplementary Files (Optional)
Authors may upload additional files such as datasets, figures, tables, ethical approval documents, or plagiarism reports if required.

5. Confirmation
Authors review the submission information and confirm the submission. Once completed, the manuscript will enter the editorial review process.

Author Responsibility

Authors are responsible for ensuring that:

  • The manuscript is original and has not been published elsewhere.

  • The manuscript follows the journal’s formatting and referencing guidelines.

  • All co-authors have approved the submission.

  • The manuscript complies with the journal’s ethical and plagiarism policies.

Submission Tracking

After submission, authors can monitor the progress of their manuscript through the online system. The editorial process typically includes:

  • Initial editorial screening

  • Peer review process

  • Revision (if required)

  • Final editorial decision
